I heard that items available in store depends on your previous choices.
Can someone post here more elaborated outlook on this feature?
Don't want to rummage through gamecode... thanks in advance.

I don't know the exact choices... So I'll be posting what I know until someone with more technical knowledge can answer.
Pro-Icari choices will unlock the Ongessite store upgrades. (Speed) Pro-"Cosette"/anti-Alliance choices will make saving Cosette the default while Anti-"Cosette"/pro-Alliance will make killing Cosette the default and unlock the "Summon Alliance Battleship" upgrade.

Ryuvian Falcon: only available when you find it after searching the battlefield after fighting the original
Union Battleship: available after mission 5
Ongessite Thrusters: Cover up the truth at Ongess
Ongessite Injection Rods: same as above
summon alliance battleship: complete mission 3 or 4
Cloaking Field Generator: have an affection rating with Icari of 5 or higher.
