The progress bars for 'Vengeance' and 'Liberty or Death' on the Steam community page for achievements does not reflect the progress of the player, the bar always displays as '0 / X'. You can go into 'bonus' and 'achievements' to visually see how much further you need to but there is no number indicator.
If this is not possible to sync properly on the Steam community, would it be possible on the 'bonus' page for achievements to add a number indicator in addition to the progress bar?

there were some unexplained issues with trying to update the steam progress bar, but it should unlock fine eventually. then again, chivos could've been tested more thoroughly.
I'll see if I can add the numerical values to the gallery

If you let me kidnap the thread, some of the achievements work a tad wonky too; I continued from the save of the last Beta and ended the game, but i got none of the achievements I had managed before and gained all the "win without upgrades/buying anything/etc", because, well, store or upgrades weren't accessible after the final boss. I mean, thus I got achievements I would never get otherwise, but it feels kinda silly.

Then again the average player base do not have access to Beta saves, it is usually a given that with new builds you are suppose to start a new game in that version as otherwise the feedback for a fix would be update / start one in the newest version. Is there a reason that the shop / upgrades are disabled for the final segment Vaen? It is not particularly stressing as there is only one mission left past this point but anything you might know would be useful. You have reminded me though Marx that I never wrote up the final details of the pestering I did earlier to Vaen over achievement triggers, the following are problematic achievements I am noticing in the Release 1.0 build: Confirmed:- Phoenix Down - I Have the Power! - One For All - Hello Nurse
- With One Ryder Tied Behind My Back - What Are You Implying? If people could help me with recreations so that we can get these confirmed as quickly as possible it would be appreciated.

Don't know why those buttons aren't available after the boss. hadn't noticed they weren't. maybe you can't do R&D without your chief engineer, and maybe contacting Sophia is difficult with the entire galaxy out for your skin. but only Sam could tell you why he disabled the buttons. I fixed phoenix down and 'I have the Power'. I'll have another look at the others you mentioned.

Just to bump this again did you manage to have a look at 'What Are You Implying?' and 'Hello Nurse' just to confirm that these are setup as intended - I still cannot get these to trigger for the life of me.
It also might be me but 'With One Ryder Tied Behind My Back' still will not trigger as on 2.01, has anyone had any luck triggering it since the version update?

had no trouble with unlocking 'implying'. in fact, many chivos like that one are way too easy to clear by starting a new mission and then immediately loading a save file from just before dealing the final blow from another (or the same) mission. just make sure phoenix and paladin are next to each other and it'll unlock. Not sure how I would fix that or if I want to try. Maybe you never saw it unlock because it already is? if multiple chivos unlock at the same time it doesn't show them all, which is another thing I'm not sure how I'll deal with and if I want to. as for hello nurse and 'ryder behind my back', the first of those was being referenced within restoring code by an old name for the chivo ("Doctor... Who?") which Sam didn't want me to use as it's trademarked so it was never actually processed right. Either that or it hit too close to home without me actually realizing at the time xD the second checked whether it was turn 1 or not, but the turn counter got increased right before chivos were processed, meaning it never properly ran the first turn code. fixed now for version 2.02 thanks for testing these!

Gah it's strange as I tried a few missions just in case but it it will adamantly not trigger. I'll keep going I guess, they'll be a reason. Thanks for looking into it Vaen!

Confirming that i had some unexplained issues while trying to unlock 'What Are You Implying?' It made me so curious as to why it's not unlocking i actually went and tried to manually unlock it and it succeeded, so... yeah, dunno what's the deal.

At Magpie's behest, I tried to trigger "With One Ryder Tied Behind My Back" and "What Are You Implying?". Played 1st battle on v2.02 on VNmode. Took 2 turns, Phoenix never moved or acted and Paladin never moved either (was beside Phoenix all the while). Neither achievement triggered.
P/S - What I did notice were the English voices seem to be even better this time round? Seemed crisper or maybe it's my imagination but I swear there weren't spoken lines for Full Forward in MoA and units seem to get another line triggered on enemy destruction. Yea I know nothing to do with chivos... just saying I like the English voices still xD

I'm not crazy! P/S - What I did notice were the English voices seem to be even better this time round? Seemed crisper or maybe it's my imagination but I swear there weren't spoken lines for Full Forward in MoA and units seem to get another line triggered on enemy destruction. I had to go back and check MoA for an 'All Guard' line when I noticed the 'Full Forward' one in 2.00, it was a nice touch as I was musing previously how it would help the immersion if they sounded more like actual orders when used.

Yea I know nothing to do with chivos... just saying I like the English voices still xD I'll try those chivos again in less artificial circumstances next time. maybe I'll notice something new. I don't know about them sounding crisper, but there should indeed be more of them. in MoA each and every voice file was manually entered into a ship's blueprint and a ton of them were never actually put in. now I'm adding them automatically, which had some issues at the start but seems to work well now. also found some voice files from Shields I didn't even know existed and added those too (which are the full forward, VGC aiming and repair drone orders).

You guys were right in there being an issue with this chivo. you'd start every battle with this one inactive as the 'end mission' code only got run on chivos that were active. therefore, setting them active there doesn't work >.>
you could unlock it, but only on the first battle you ever play with any given persistent file. this is now fixed for version 2.03 mind you, you'll still have to complete a mission (any mission on any save) to reset the chivo and you can try for it on the next one.
thanks for the reports, guys!

Complete a whole mission? I'm not sure I can do that, can you simplify the criteria? Thanks Vaen.
