Crash on load error? [[Solved Sorta?]]

When trying to play the game on Steam I get the following error. I have tried deleting the game cache and redownloading, verifying the cache, and nothing seems to work. The game worked just fine till about a day ago. 

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
