When using an order and if you lack the correct number of command points it is the Japanese prompt that plays rather than the English (although I suppose this depends if it is just units getting back their English lines or if it also includes battle functionality).

It is worth noting that the audio for 'full forward', 'repair drones' and even the aiming of the 'vanguard canon' currently all reflect the English audio.
