'Hello nurse' involves removing a PACT Support's 'shutoff', 'flak off' and 'disable lite' from a single friendly unit using Claude's restore. Personally I would just gear towards setting up a scenario where you have a few PACT supports as the last enemy Ryders standing against two or three (one of which being Claude) units of your own.

In regards to 'Ryder tied behind' personally I still find it bugged and cannot get it to trigger, Vaen is currently exploring this.

But that was a few days ago at least.
