The ‘Empire of the rising Tsun’ is known and feared all over the forums for being the most fierce, passionate and best-organized empire around.First things first, we’re currently restructuring our regime and filling up extremely important positions. Now is the perfect time to start your career and serve your empress. I want to emphasize that our empire is very friendly towards ‘waifu refugees’, if you beg for forgiveness Icari will surely provide you with a safe place within our borders. Since all other empires are basically still stuck in stone age in the governmental department, we also accept people from other groups in our ranks, as long as they stay committed to us. Especially if they were to come from our allied sister ‘Ava’ clan and seek redemption for their questionable, ‘hostile’ actions…. Isn’t that right… Magpie? In case you simply like Icari (count her among your top/favorite waifus), but don’t look for a professional Tsun-career, you’re hereby encouraged to declare your support and you’ll be added to the ‘Tsun-forces’ list. Okay, this is how it’s intended to work out. We’ll be filling up positions in waves. (2 week duration) If only one person applies for something, said person gets the job, should two or more people go for something, they’ll have to write a short essay about how they imagine the job to be in this fictional Tsun-empire. If you’re going for judge for example you would have to explain how a ‘Tsun-judicial system’ would look like to you. (Laws, punishment etc.)  Myself + the Prime Minister will decide on who gets the job ultimately. I'm not sure about the exact occurrences myself, but one of my men reported that it indeed was Icari herself, who chased away 白龍 and a few other thugs. Apparently she intimidated them by putting on some sorts of strap-on gear, causing them to piss themselves and retreat swiftly, only leaving a track of urine behind. My soldiers have since then tried to catch up, but unfortunately we lost their (wet) trails somewhere close to the borders of Ava's empire. Nemjen It's your task to report to me if you, or Eva's forces manage to locate those bastards. They will be punished! |

I would also like to point out that said document must still pass through the proper channels and hierarchy, with each level/individual making a duplicate copy, attached to a Memorandum of Record (Form 06-2107). In addition, a hand receipt (Form 114) must be created with each individual's name, signature, and date of receipt, detailing the transactions as the forms pass through the channels. The hand receipt must then be filed under the "Foreign Allies" --> "Empire of the Rising Tsun" --> "National Defense" --> "Local Security" --> "TTP (Tactics, Techniques, & Procedures)" section in the capital planet of Ava-lon's archives, Detachment 055. Don't mistake it for Detachment 550, as that's where Ava Conglomerate personnel and government employee records and files are kept. A copy of Form 06-114 can be sent to the Tsun Empire, attached to a signed letter of goodwill. In addition, it is important to reference ALI 4346 (Ava-lon Instruction 4346): "Rules and Directives Governing the Use and Effectivity of Ava Approval Seals" to verify that the '2016 Ava approves seal' was mandated by an authorized official and that the involved parties (Magpie of Ava Conglomerate and Blackhead of the Tsun Empire) are aware of the authenticity and effective dates for said seal. As the prime minister I will recommend t allow dual-citizenship, but as requirement all double citizen have to: a) pay extra taxes (to finance following special procedure) b) have to be spied alltimes (only a full 100% icarian citizen is fully trustable) c) can't get a higher rank then OR-5 in the Tsun-Forces (higher officiers have to be fully trustable, see b)) d) have to sign periodically a expressions of loyalty e) If a double citizen will be guilty (in any case) the only punishment is death: he exploit the trust of Icari-sama, one of the most serious crimes. vladek The resistance is not a problem, situation is completely under control. Okay, I've finalized our new oath. I also added some completely new things, but overall it's a combination of US Enlistment oath + The Chalcedonian Creed. I, General Blackhead, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the Empire of the rising Tsun against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to goddess Icari-sama; and that I will protect her against every opposer with my life. Following, then, we unite in teaching all men to confess the one and only waifu, our goddess Icari Isidolde. She is both actually God and actually woman, with a rational soul and a... perfect body. #Icari_unstoppable General Blackhead, signing off. |

Even Jesus wasn't born on the 25th and christians still keep celebrating his birth on that day. I would propose for small units maybe like the falcons outfitted with the Phoenix's stealth system and Heratium exhaust ports to allow for fast and stealthy observations to make sure everyone complies with the rules.
