(Spoilerish) Kryska game clear save

So, from steam i noticed that after you finished LD, there will be new file called game_cleared in your game folder which contain points about your relationship with the girls and important choice you make. When i first looked at mine, i'm pretty happy with what i got because it was quite high all around, with the exception of Claude and Kryska with 2 point. So, i played the game again from the beginning (FA and MoA) while looking at some walkthrough to get better "scores". In my first playthrough, i dont trust the Alliance at all which is why i thought i got such poor score with Kryska, and so in my second playthrough i change my choice about the Alliance and trust them thoroughly (with some exception like nuking Ongess). After that i used my second playthrough save file as import in LD and finished the game again. But to my surprise, i still got a score of 2 for Kryska, which according to the walkthrough i read should net me quite a bit higher. Here's my game clear save if anyone is curious:

So, this time, i try playing LD again without using import and instead picking the choice manually, where i pick the choice of my second playthrough and trust the Alliance. After some skipping, i finished the game and here's my playthrough without using import:

As, you can see this time, the overall score is lower which i predict because the without import there are some choice that isn't available. But, if you see Kryska scores in this playthrough, i got 9 in comparison to 2 when i use the import feature even though i pick virtually the same choice.
My theory is that for some reason the choice you pick in FA and MoA while using the import feature doesn't give you any Kryska point eventhough if you choose the same choice without using the import feature is you get some point for trusting the Alliance. And the reason i got 2 point is because only the choice made in LD give you Kryska point, and here's what that choice is:
Repairing havoc : +2
Discovering falcon : -1
Not stuffing Lynn in cargo : +1
For a total of 2
