To be honest this is such a light thing that I am not expecting a fix but I thought I would put it out there.
After pressing 'start' on the main menu and selecting the DLC, the transition of removing the character images and fading into the ending table shows the percentage at the bottom before the transition completes. The table will still resolve as normal after the transition is completed along with the percentage.
At least locally for me it looked like Icari was trying to hide my 100% from me haha, maybe that is her trying to tell me I still have more to find.
