Asaga's MoA english voice delays quite a bit for some reason. Haven't gone poking around to find why yet. So far as I can tell, its only Asaga and only her english combat voice being affected. It does not delay when you click/select her, only when firing her weapons and waiting for the "scored hit" or "missed" audio. For some reason I never noticed this before, I can't tell if its new to 3.0 or not.

Some of the original MoA audios that was used were recorded with delays I believe was said the last time this came up, its been that way with the English lines since they were added.

I had this issue too, and looking at the sound files, there's no reason why there should be such delays. So I played the game a bit with music off, and realized that Asaga's Success and Destroyed lines (and maybe others?) are playing after the enemy hit and enemy destroyed explosions. This behavior is not how the rest of the cast act, which has voice clips play concurrently with the explosions. It looks like something is uniquely funny the way that voices are queued for the Blackjack. To see for one's self, just repeatedly attack with Asaga and see how the voices play out versus doing the same with anyone else.
Also, is there anyway for the english enemy reinforcements (Ava Others 4, 5, 6) to play when the MoA voices are selected? It seems only the Japanese VO plays for these events.

I think the voice files were fixed for libday but MoA still has the old ones.

I have to say, got a new computer and Asaga comically says her lines with a very significant delay compared to the other pilots. Like, 5 to 10 seconds later. Seems like she says the lines sometimes an extra time as well. So what makes it funny is she will say one of her 'target destroyed' comments, then 8 seconds later she says, "I got one captain, did you see me?" All I can think is, "Yes Asaga, we saw you." My old computer was an Asus laptop, I5 processor with no dedicated video card and windows 7. My new computer is an Acer with newere I5 and 940MX video card with Windows 10. The old computer never did this, but the new one does it constantly. And it is only Asaga. New computer can play the video cut-scenes very well on the other hand. Old computer stuttered and choked out on them. I'm not really concerned over the lagging Asaga dialog, just thought you might find it useful to hear about how the game runs differently on New versus Old.
