In all seriousness, I think it would be awesome to see an anime or animated movie based on Sunrider. A Sunrider anime could be slice of life, a movie could follow the events of the games, the possibilities are endless!
I actually started writing a very basic script a while ago (back before I played Liberation Day, in fact) just as practice, and I'd be willing to continue it. The first problem is getting other people like animators, artists, voice actors and whatever else you need to make this stuff.
What are everyone's thoughts on this idea, and do you think we could ever actually get it to happen?

Depending on what kind of people sits in charge of Love in Space you might end up being shotdown because of IP rights if they don´t like what you came up with.
However if there ever would be official legitimate project for this, with a story that is canon (no spin-off) you can count my paternon money in.

Hm, I can't speak for Sam (as it is his IP) but something that is somewhat safer for this type of creative writing could be webcomics. If you design your script and then either draw yourself or recruit the help of someone handy with a pencil for some illustrations you could have a fun little series on your hands.  |

Sunrider academy Slice of Life could be like Clannad but each of the routes have really interesting stories so I don't know how to compress that into an anime without cutting the routes.

Well I would love to see all 4 routes of Academy. Maybe 4 different seasons with 4 waifu route. Alos, full hentai scene pls. It's ain't fun when your favorite love scene got censored or skipped.

This is something, I wanted to see. I want to make fanfics crossover between Star Wars and Sunrider, the game doesn't give too much information on how much power are the ships and I don't rely on game mechanics as the main lore of Sunrider.

In stead of compressing all the stories into one, it could be expanded into multiple stories. As we are dealing with a multiverse there could be multiple stories that follow Kayto through universes where he makes different choices. So in one he chooses to be vice president so he can be close to Ava. In another maybe he takes the student council roll as an activities director where most of his time is spent trying helping Asaga keep the Kendo club organized. Or perhaps his roll as activities director may have him spending much of his time working with the science club. In another Kayto could have taken a summer job as a lifeguard, and uses that to talk his way into being an assistant swim coach to get his extra curricular school activity credit. |

I would agree that Academy, as both a spin off and more of a harem / slice of life would be better suited to such a project.
If I were in charge of Love in Space, though, I would use a kickstarter or fund me to have people put their money where their mouths are.

Or maybe something like Fate/Stay Night? It works for them so once Love in Space made millions a Sunrider anime may be made.
