Walk the Dog Acheivement was not granted

I have gone through this game quite a few times getting all the achievements and after spending quite a bit of time meeting the requirements for the walk the dog achievement the popup showed up saying it was unlocked however the achievement is not showing as granted in my steam profile. Due to this I attempted to simply grant myself the achievement via the developer configs however couldn't figure out what the name is. I was wondering if there is any way in assisting me with the issue of the achievement not being granted properly after legitimately earning it as it is frustrating to me to see it be the only achievement I am missing from the game but I don't want to invest a large sum of time into doing it again if there is an alternate way.
