The issue applies to games where the Legion was sunk back in MoA.

In mission 1, at the start of turn 2, Ava still says "Ambush! More enemies have appeared!" despite being unconscious.

Unfixed from previous version: In the hangar celebration CG after the ion storm mission, Ava appears without her eyepatch or glove.
