Hello, not sure if this is the correct place to ask...
Is it possible to purchase a Steam-redeemable key for this game somewhere? Like the Humble Store, Green Man, Gamesplanet, etc. Not looking for a bulk purchase discount, or trying to use stolen credit cards, just want to gift the game to someone who may not be able to buy it on Steam for themselves.

Thank you for the reply! Ahh, I'm not looking for dodgy discount keys, just giving away a copy on Sunday, and trying to avoid any potential "wrong region" troubles. For this giveaway it would have to be a Steam copy. I'm pretty clueless using the steamdb tool, so steamdb.info/sub/192314/info/ saying "AllowCrossRegionTradingAndGifting = no" doesn't really tell me anything. Specifically, I don't know what that means regarding sending a gift copy to someone in a different region. Now, apparently this particular game isn't available in all of Steam's different regions, so I'm hoping there won't be a problem. I see Sunrider: Liberation Day is on the Humble Store, was kinda hoping I could get Shining Song Starnova there, just in case. I don't actually know if there will be a problem sending the winner a gift on Steam, so for now I'll just keep my fingers crossed... Thank you again!
Edit: Fortunately I was able to gift the game via Steam without any trouble, so I don't need to purchase a key after all. Hooray!
