Totally did not forget I said I would give these a look. 
The following are achievements I cannot seem to trigger using their requirements:
- Phoenix Down - Revive the phoenix twice in the same battle.
- I have the Power - Get 10 stacks of 'Awakening' on Asaga.
- Lose a Life - Have a friendly get destroyed for the first time.
In addition I was hoping to leave an enhancement request for consideration on the topic of achievements:
I have the Power - Would it be possible to get an indicator for this ability in a similar sense to 'Disruption'? This would make it easier both to work out the on going damage of Awaken and to track this achievement.

PACT missile frigate: sunrider.gamepedia.com/PACT_Missile_FrigateIt has 6 missiles so it's possible to exhaust them all. Would not really be good play but the achievement is funny so why not xD 5 different buffs: Full Forward/All Guard, All Power to Engines, Sentinel/Stealth, Damage Up, Aim Up. Will need to check the achievements I already have to see if there are still problematic ones that don't trigger. Sadly I didn't keep track of them very well during my play. |

Haha just as you posted this I noticed them on the 5th scenario, hidden within the destroyers. - we can redact this one, just triggered it. 5 different buffs: Full Forward/All Guard, All Power to Engines, Sentinel/Stealth, Damage Up, Aim Up.
I was being completely brain dead (by not including full forward/all guard) with this one, please ignore my complete lack of ability to count. Have edited my report to make it more accurate. xD |

Is there anywhere we can actually check to see all the achievements we have already earned? I looked around through the menus a bit, but I was not able to find where the game records them. I want to look at my precious shiny achievements.

I want to look at my precious shiny achievements. If you enable developer tools in the options.rpy file, you can then use the following in the dev console:
show screen achievement_galleryhide screen achievement_galleryOnce you are done with it as otherwise it sits as a layer above your gameplay. |
