It appears to be accurately saying there's less than 1% chance of the missiles hitting, if you replace the + with a * (I think.) The hit chance is so low that it's displaying it in calculus instead of spelling the number out.

The heavy static in the lines with everyone talking was related to the game engine unexpectedly rendering the sfx differently from Audacity, but it's now been corrected. (But not included in Beta 12.2)
The resources we saved by not voicing the mercs actually allowed us to make the new mercs. I decided have the new mercs, rather than voice the old mercs from MoA and have no new Libday mercs.
People are vastly underestimating the amount of effort it takes to record professional grade voices. The new Japanese voices were recorded at a professional sound studio, which had microphones and sound equipment worth multiple thousand dollars, and we locked all the VAs into a padded vault with double steel gates to eliminate all outside voice, and had an audio engineer present at all times to correct the microphone and use the mixer. That's the only way to produce production quality voice work which we can acceptably put into a commercial game.
The ENG voices don't hold a candle to it, we pretty much tried our best to fix the voices using digital processing after the fact, but you can only do so much digitally. The only reason we got away with the ENG voices was because we only recorded the battle voices, making digital cleanup even feasible (no, you can't digitally clean up 2500 wav files), and essentially forcing all lines to be short and convey little emotional nuance. We also put the bgm at the front of the mix, which washed out the voices and made the recording artifacts less noticeable, as opposed to Liberation Day, where the voices are mixed at the front and the bgm is far in the back.

I think this is intended behavior, weird things happen if you're holding ctrl otherwise.

note to self - spoiler warning Bug? In the scene where Asaga goes ballistic, the enemy Prototype's dialogue uses the name Lynn, implying that she somehow escaped the brig and swiped a ryder. This is never seen in the game, nor is any such event referred to afterwards. I think it's supposed to be a generic prototype speaking?

Press "download," and then extract the files. Drop the extracted files into SunriderLiberationDay/game/ and then replace all the files.

Vaendryl: It's the tooltip that's broken, not the ability. (It has unlimited range) I don't remember if I ever mentioned this.

Vaendryl: Make it not give any $ or CMD after the 7th kill. Don't gradually decrease the kill award because I'm pretty sure that'll mess up the balance.

You'll have to hack the game yourself if you want them. =w=

Speak of the devil, I actually told Vaendryl to do the exact same thing the other day.
He politely declined.

I play mostly simulation games on the PC. It looks like the most played games in my steam library are Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, Cities Skylines, and Kerbal Space Program. On consoles, I think the last game I really liked was Valkyria Chronicles and Sleeping Dogs, and currently playing Xenoblade Chronicles. It's a shame there are not more good waifu games on PC. Ironically enough, I don't really like VNs, and the games I want would have complicated game play, anime girls, and a good story. Vaendryl, look, Samu-kun finished Valkyria Chronicles, so you should too. Also, Samu-kun, I do have a question (off-topic and stuff, so no worries about ignoring it), because it felt like a pretty big coincidence (a happy one that is) but was Chigara based at all off of Isara and Alicia? Or is that a taboo typa rude question? I don't think she's based off Isara in particular, by the time I played ValkChronicles, Chigara's character was already almost set. The major contribution ValkChronicles made for Sunrider is the gameplay innovation that a unit could perform more than one action in a single turn. I'd say she's just based on a lot of characters of the same type, like Karen from Sky Girls or Tsukasa Hiiragi.

Ahem... so I fixed this, and also fixed the annoying bug where you couldn't upgrade laser accuracy in R&D. Vaendryl should upgrade the Steam version to the latest build using the new download. >>>Be careful not to accidentally upload the uncensored content to Steam. 10/02/2017: Update to Site Version

Issue: Error message "I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
While running game code: ScriptError: Name [file name] is defined twice, at game/SA Restoration Mod/censoreddata.rpyc:258 and game/censoreddata.rpy:258.
Solution:
The restoration mod was installed incorrectly at two different locations. First, delete the mod files inside SunriderAcademy/game/, then delete the restoration mod folder inside SunriderAcademy/game/. Re-install the mod.
Issue: Error message I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
While loading <'Image' 'Censored/[file name]'>: ... ... ... IOError: Couldn't find file 'Censored/[file name].jpg'.
Solution:
The entire restoration mod folder was moved to SunriderAcademy/game/ instead of just the files. Move the files inside the restoration mod folder outside to SunriderAcademy/game/ and then delete the restoration mod folder.
