I just played through the same mission again on 12.4. (I was using a save from the point right before this battle that was still 12.2)
The phase when spoiler character turned worked well, and I was able to kill spoiler character until no more money or intel was dropped. Went until I was able to get 6 disrupts in.
Only problem (and not sure if this was caused due to the save originally being from 12.2 or not) was that at the end of the mission, once the end results screen popped up and I was shown all the money and intel I gathered, when I clicked the button at the bottom of the screen to continue, the game crashed. I was however able to just click 'ignore' and continue playing without issue. Unfortunately I do not have access to the crash files, but I still think this is probably a problem with using an outdated save and bringing it up to date.

Well, in regards to Cosette, what happens to her by default (without use of wish all) is also affected by affection points if I remember correctly. If you have 2/3 possible points (or 2/2 when just starting libday without MoA data) then she will by default be spared and the wish all can be used to kill her. If you have less than 2 points, she by default dies and the wish all allows you to save her. Hoping something gets done with both her and the wish all though, I hate having both just sit there, especially when I made the pragmatic choice to rebuild the Havoc. (and potentially give cosette a key to cell if I need her to do the job no one else wants to do...)
That actually brings up a really big issue I have currently with the use of affection points however. As someone above stated, you can get way more affection points by importing data from MoA into LibDay than if you just use the choice system for LibDay. This seems like a pretty major issue if a lot of nice gear and how the story plays out is determined by affection points. While I did enjoy MoA, I don't think I would enjoy having to go back through everything just so I can get all the affection points I should have. I also find this to be slightly annoying since there have hardly been any choices in Lib Day thus far to change our affection points and our standing with the crew. I think I remember Samu saying that he was wanting to cut out the post mission chats with the crew, but it really seems a shame that we are not able bond with the crew this time around.
Also, if anyone would be able to help me with this, does Ava actually prefer to be greeted professionally, or friendly? Can't quite tell which she prefers more.

Blue haired one forever!
But in all seriousness, she has gotten quite a lot of good writing and good scenes in Liberation day, especially compared to the past games; that and her Ryder is an amazing tank. Lib day probably swayed me from Ava&Sola tied for first, to Kryska first, Ava second, with Icari and Sola tied for third. While Sola certainly has some good interactions with Asaga, I feel she kind of become a supporting character to Asaga and as a result we don't see much of any characterization for her.
One MAJOR thing I'd like to point out though. This is the first poll on this forum so its understandable that it is a little rough, but I noticed that it does not let you confirm your vote. I clicked a box and it immediately made that my selection, I feel it would be nice if the thing prompted you at the bottom to confirm your selection. There was also a little annoyance I noticed that probably only applies to me, but I've been doing scantrons and multiple choice questions for years, and square selections usually always mean you can choose more than one, while circles mean only one choice. Though this is just me and probably isn't that big of a deal.
I also notice a distinct lack of Fontana and Unknown-Pilot-kun.

Can I ask, what are the fuel rods?
From what I understand, based on the affection points or something, we either get fuel injection rods or a cloaking device for the Phoenix. I've only ever gotten the cloaking device (probably because I always salvage the ryuvian falcon wreck) and I am unaware of what the fuel rods actually do, and I am very curious of how it chooses which you get.

Instead of one betrayer? What about everyone betraying you?
So, I have not had a chance to finish the beta yet due to bugs with the spoiler character (asaga), but I have read some stuff on this forum and gotten a basic idea of what happens. Basically, Asaga betrays you first, half way through battle. Claude dies, but I will get back to that. Chigara apparently shoots you in the chest? (could I have some confirmation about this just in case?)
Now here is my idea. Not just one will betray you, but now EVERYONE betrays you! Even more drama! One right after the other, for one horrible conga line of trauma from each and every one of your beloved waifus.
We've already had direct betrayals from Asaga and Chigara, so nothing to add there.
What if in the final part, Cera's independence is threatened by Solar Alliance occupation. This would put the beautiful blue haired one in a difficult situation and could possibly have her side with Admiral Grey against you.
And if things start to go south, perhaps Icari will get the heck out of dodge, and either just straight up leave or join with Kryska. Another possibility is that we run into the man who killed Icari's parents, and if Kayto decides not to fight him, Icari will rebel.
Sola has shown to be undyingly loyal to the Ryvian empire and has already sworn allegiance to Asaga. There is also the very likely event that Harbor Crow comes into the scene, and that puts Sola in a very difficult position regarding her current and past commitments.
I am under the assumption that Claude is not who she appears as and that she isn't actually dead, but has been working behind everyone's back for a while now and is finally going to come out in the open about what she has been doing.
If you let Cosmos live, perhaps in an act of desperation Kayto lets her fly her Ryder out to deal with everyone else betraying him, and completely unsurprisingly, she turns her guns on everyone, including him.
I am not quite sure how Ava would betray Kayto. The best idea is that she is put into a position where she has to make the sadistic choice between Kayto's life and Cera's liberation. We all know she understands the costs of war and is willing to sacrifice anything for Cera.
And of course, once Kayto is left abandoned and bleeding, the mighty reapers space whales will descend from dark space and blow everything up in a RGB color explosion.
Either way, what do you all think, and can you come up with any other convoluted of contrived ways to get everyone to betray you?

I am running the 12.2 beta. Playing on waifu mode just to get through this fast, managed to kill every unit on map before Asaga even turns. Ended the turn and Asaga turns on the liberty. Already had Phoenix in position and killed her 3-4 times before letting the turn end. Then, right after it shows "PACT PHASE" the game crashes. Should clarify, due to just reading Magpie's similar post: This occurs before the blackjack even does anything, at the very first possible moment of the enemy turn. I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

I am personally wearing my tin foil hat right now, and saying that the devs are hiding the other routes from us.
They send the betas out with one route so that people can play and test most all the missions, yet not have all the story spoiled. While the beta only focuses on the Chigara route, the master file contains routes for all the characters and will see the light of day on launch. I will hope to see the route with the blue haired one.
Hopefully the final game also allows us to make more choices than are currently in. So far, compared to the other two games we seem to have had almost no choices, other than to save or kill Cosette, and to keep or get rid of her rider if we did. Really hoping we will be able to have more choices that effect the relation points and more in the final game, but we will wait and see for that.

I really think this should be the case. I know most people who will play lib day are already fans and will have played through Mask of Arcadius, but it never hurts to try to make a game accommodating to people new to the series.
While MoA is free monetarily, it does take time to get through the whole thing and fully experience all the characters. On top of this, there is a... marked improvement both in the art department and the coding of Lib day compared to MoA. People who initially see and try out liberation day, start to enjoy it, and want to know that background to the world might not be as happy to have to play through an older game when they could get the main points from a short introduction.
It is also the only one with japanese voice acting, and could (we hope) be a big hit off in Japan. If this were the case, it would be much harder for them to experience or appreciate what happens in the first two games.
If I were to make a suggestion on how this could be implemented, I think an interactive comic could work really well. Similar in style to Mass Effect 2's interactive choice comic for Playstation users, it could be short small pictures of the major events in FA and MoA, with the choices being made as they come up.
